Ticket Vending Machine Re-branding
Descriptions
GWR currently manages a fleet of 210 Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs), ranging in age from less than 6 months to 15+ years. These machines are installed across our network and are essential to our customers.
In alignment with the Department for Transport's directive to remove legacy branding as part of the transition to public ownership, GWR requires support in two distinct areas:
1. One-Off Rebranding Project
A one-time project to complete the rebranding of the remaining 80 Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs) that currently do not meet GWR's brand specification. This will involve surveying, producing, and installing modular vinyl wraps tailored to each machine type.
2. Ongoing Call-Off Contract (BAU)
A continuing contract until 25th June 2028 to support:
• Vinyl production and installation for newly deployed TVMs
• Reactive maintenance in response to vandalism or damage
• Replacement of individual vinyl components as needed.
