These services will offer a flexible solution to offering early intervention and prevention work to children and young people aged 5-18 who are experiencing mild/moderate emotional wellbeing difficulties. The services will be expected to offer support and work alongside parents/carers who may be instrumental in promoting the positive emotional wellbeing of their child.Providers must have the capability to deliver interventions in a range of non-clinical, community settings and must work to assist children and young people to develop the wellness tools to help manage and maintain their emotional wellbeing.The framework can be utilised by any commissioner/funder within Staffordshire that has a budget they wish to use for Emotional Health and Wellbeing Services for Children and Young People.Staffordshire County Council is seeking a range of Providers to become part of the framework agreement including (but not limited to):-Talking Therapies-Creative/Alternative Therapies-Parent/Family Support-Physical/Outdoor ActivitiesThe framework agreement serves to complement rather than duplicate existing statutory and non-statutory emotional/mental health services for children, and all Providers that are successfully commissioned/funded from the framework will be expected to develop a good interface with community CAMHS and other services.Those Providers, who successfully become part of the framework agreement, will be expected to respond quickly and flexibly to the presenting needs of the referred children and young people. The services will be expected to deliver against and achieve a number of pre-determined outcomes for children and young people that relate to emotional health and wellbeing.
