Descriptions
TII has requirement for a system to support public consultations relating to infrastructure projects. The requirement is for a publicly accessible cloud-based system. As part of the services required TII will initially also require assistance in configuring and setting up the application for public consultations and training will need to be provided to TII administrators to utilise the system.This service will initially be used in 2022 to support the Public Transport project for Cork Light Rail in the first instance. It may then be used to support other TII projects requiring public consultations eg Luas Finglas, Luas Lucan etc.The contract award stemming from this procurement may result in a 10 year contract period. The initial award may be for a 2 year period with 2 further options to extend, firstly for an additional 3 years, followed by a further option to extend for another 5 years at the discretion of TII.TII will not be liable for any participant’s costs arising in connection withparticipating in the competition, irrespective of the outcome of the competition,or if the competition is cancelled or postponed.TII has the right at any time and without notice to:(i) terminate the competition (or part of it);(ii) change the competition’s basis or procedures;(iii) procure the contract by other means,(iv) negotiate with one or more parties at any time;(v) reject any, or all, of the applications/tenders;(vi) not furnish a candidate or tenderer with additional informationor to do any combination of the foregoing or anything else deemed appropriate.In no instance will TII be required to give any reason for any alteration orermination of the process.
