Descriptions
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII; ‘the Client’) wishes to procure a qualified and competent Diving Contractor to undertake Underwater/Wade Condition Surveys for MetroLink and Luas Finglas constraints at six number ‘Survey Areas’ on the Royal and Grand Canals, the River Tolka and the River Liffey. The works at each Survey Area will entail the undertaking of detailed Condition Surveys of existing new and historic constraints and their associated environs, supported by the preparation of Condition Survey Reports (‘CSRs’) which shall identify defects and potential repairs required. The report(s) will be supported and informed by the findings of a detailed Drawn, Measured and Photographic, Survey (DMPS) and topographic survey of each Survey Area, which in turn will be supported by underwater video survey footage where appropriate.
