Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to strimm approximately 42,000 metres of public rights of way throughout the County during May / June / August / September of 2011 and 2012, with an option to extend the contract for a further year.This requires the strimming of grass / nettles & soft vegetation. All paths need strimming to a minimum width of 1.5 metres unless paths are enclosed or narrower. The deadline date for receipt of tenders is 12 noon on Friday the 15th of April 2011.
