TO PROVIDE SPECIALIST ADVICE & SUPPORT IN UNDERTAKING A RESIDENT INSIGHT EXERCISE

Newport City Homes (NCH) is planning to undertake a Resident Insight exercise to help us understand the needs of our residents and to reflect these needs in the way in which we deliver our services.To develop resident insight effectively, we recognise the importance of collecting the right information using appropriate research and data collection methods, the need to translate this information into ‘insight’ and, in turn using the information to inform and improve service delivery, both strategically and operationally.We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to support the delivery of our Resident Insight exercise.We wish to engage with a company that has specific expertise and a proven track record in undertaking customer research and data analysis.We are looking for support in maximising the effectiveness of the exercise, through provision of the following functions:?Planning the Insight Exercise ?Conducting the Insight Exercise ?Support with internal and external communications ?Transforming the data into resident insightSubmissions should be returned no later than 12 noon on 30th September 2011.
