Wrexham County Borough Council manages over 13,000 lighting units over its highway network. As part of its commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and energy costs the authority will be replacing circa 10,400 lighting units with new modern efficient LED lanterns along sections of the network.The new LED lanterns will be a retro fit solution at existing locations. It is not intended to alter the number of columns along the corridors identified.
