Tomlinson's Dairies are undertaking an expansion program and require the following services;Lot 1 Coldstore and Blow Moulding Building and Project Management•Extension of the existing main dairy building to provide additional cold storage capacity and additional first floor office accommodation; and•Extension of the hardstanding to the east of the main dairy to facilitate the circulation and manoeuvring of goods vehicles and the interim provision of additional car parking.•The extension to the main dairy building would have a total footprint of 892m2. Within this footprint, the extension would have:•a gross internal ground floor area of 859m2 (cold store);•a gross internal basement floor area of 500m2 (trolley returns); and•a gross internal first floor area of 137m2 (offices, meeting rooms etc).•The smaller two storey portion of the extension would measure approximately 22.51 m x 6.89 metres externally. This portion of the extension would tie in with the eaves of the existing main dairy building and so would have a maximum height of approximately 10.62 metres at its western and a height of 9.90 metres at its eastern side. The roof pitch/profile would match that of the existing main dairy building. The ground floor of this portion of the extension would be used for cold storage, whilst the first floor would be used for office and related accommodation.•The remainder of the cold store extension will be of single storey construction with a basement beneath part. The single storey portion of the Phase 1 cold store extension would measure approximately 22.51 metres x 33.29 metres and have a flat roof. The highest portion of the single storey element would measure approximately 6.16 metres above ground level whilst the lower element would measure approximately 4.50 metres above ground level.•The hardstanding to the east of the main dairy building would be extended by approximately 2,937m2 which equates to a net increase in hardstanding area within the site of 2,233m2. This area will facility the manoeuvring and circulation of vehicles and the temporary parking of staff cars pending the construction of the permanent Phase 2 car park.•The building will have 11 vehicular loading bays. Internally at ground floor level, the building will be lined with insulated cold store panels.Blow Moulding Building•Extension of the existing blow moulding building to facilitate increased production and to provide storage for the additional poly bottles;•Establishment of additional structural landscaping.•The extension would have a footprint of 1,045 m2 and a gross internal floor area of 2,028 m2 arranged over two floors as there is a limit to the height which poly bottles can be stored. The gross internal floor area of each floor would be 1,014 m2.•The extension to the blow moulding building would measure approximately 46.22 m x 25.72 m with a height above ground level of approximately 11.27 m.•Internally the building will be lined with coated paneling.•Full Project Management of Building Works, Building Control, Ongoing Design and PlanningLot 2 Cream Processing Equipment•Cream filling room incorporating 20 x 10,000 litre chilled finished cream tanks.•4 x 5,000 litre raw cream, cream valve matrix and all interconnecting pipework.•Fully automated.•Fully automatic Cream filling machines capable of filling in excess of 10,000 pots per hour, automatic CIP and all downstream equipment.•Full turnkey operation system.Lot 3 Milk Processing, Filling and Trolley Packer•200,000 Litre x 4 Raw milk storage silos insulated and PVC Corrugated Cladding.•Inlet and outlet vents, hi and low level bosses, side entry agitators.•Ladder and full hand rail system, and full automated valve matrix system incorporating Cip modifications.•Full turnkey system•30,000 Litre x 4 finished milk horizontal storage tanks insulated and stainless clad.•Inlet and outlet vents, hi and low level bosses, side entry agitators.•Full automated valve matrix system incorporating Cip modifications.•Full turnkey system•30,000 Litre milk processing line incorporating milk separation and standardisation system with partial homogenisation.•Fully automated with diverts and all integrated pipework.•Full turnkey system•Milk filling line, fully automated with reject system, capping, labelling.•Capable of 15,000 bph on 4 pints and interchangeable change parts for all sizes.•To also include full CIP provisions, HEPA air, non-contact, conveyering and fully automated trolley packing.•Full turnkey operation system.Lot 4 Blow Moulding Machines and linesBlowmolding Machine x 2•Reciprocating screw intermittent extrusion Blowmolding system HDPE•12 head system producing 4 pint containers at 7.5 second cycles.•System to have automated rotary trimmer and bottle handling system with automated reject.•Automated bagging and robotic system incorporating all conveyouring and stacking system.•System to incorporate full automated feed and regrind system.•Turnkey systemBlowmolding Machine x 1•Reciprocating screw intermittent extrusion Blowmolding system HDPE•4 head system producing 6 pint containers at 8 second cycles.•System to have automated rotary trimmer and bottle handling system with automated reject.•Automated bagging and robotic system incorporating incorporating all conveyouring and stacking system.•System to incorporate full automated feed and regrind system.•Full turnkey systemLot 5 Computer System•New Enterprise Resource Planning solution to provide integrated finance commercial and manufacturing system across our head office and manufacturing site.
