Total Software Solution to support the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)

Wrexham County Borough Council requires a total solution which supports and captures information, enabling a comprehensive picture of the types of referrals into its Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub and aids more timely information sharing, enabling an early and holistic assessment of risk and ultimately, more timely intervention.The software needs to be able to manage caseloads, assign tasks to multi agency professionals, allow multi agency partner decision makers and researches to add their relevant information to the referral, assign a BRAG (Blue, Read, Amber, Green) rating to each case; and include a mechanism for the Manager Team to review caseloads, see updated information provided by agency partners and ultimately, assign decisions to each case.The system must demonstrate the following:•Must be able to offer as an IL2 or IL3 hosted solution•Resilience plans for data recovery•Adequate disaster recovery protocols in place (Business Continuity Plans)•ESCROW agreements in place•Data must be hosted inside the United Kingdom•Must include the ability to integrate or ability to be developed to integrate with other provider systems (i.e. Health IT System, Social Care IT Systems, etc.)•Must include performance management outputs or the ability to create outputs•Data standards must be able to be verified by a known body•Personnel involved in hosting of the system or in design of the system itself must be vetted to an appropriate level or willing to undertaken appropriate vetting•Vendor must be able to provide evidence of experience in working OR developing a tasking and case management solution to support a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.•Must be able to demonstrate and comply with our security requirements (i.e. data must not be held on a shared server, etc.)•An easy setup with the ability for the software to be shaped to meet changing organisation needs with a modular based approach•Supplier should be able to confirm arrangements for supporting and responding to queries regarding system setup, configuration and on-going support•Supplier must be able to provide training for the product in a train-the-trainer approach•The system must be easy to configure with adequate system set up documentation and training manuals available for the organisation’s use•Supplier must be willing to hand over system administration rights and privileges to the organisation so that the organisation can meet the needs of the changing environment and tailor use of the system (e.g. create own picklists, add new users, delete users, create outputs, create performance reports)•Provider must be willing to provide access to data tables to enable the organisation to query and write their own reports using a reporting tool (e.g. SQL, Crystal Reports, etc.)NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=16718.
