Tower Hamlets Community Housing have appointed a service provider who will be required to provide pest control services to include eradication, diagnosis and treatment services to include but not limited to the following types of pests - rodents, foxes, crawling insects, stored product insects, flying insects and pigeons across properties owned/managed by THCH. The appointed provider will also be required to undertake minor repairs to assist with the prevention/reduction of future instances of pest occurrences/outbreaks. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated annual contract value is c.£50,000 (exc VAT). The level of spend transacted via the resultant contract will be dependent upon the services/works identified/required during the contract term. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Tower Hamlets Community Housing ("THCH") to facilitate this tendering exercise.
