Merthyr Tydfil CBC is seeking to appoint consultants to undertake a baseline of data from which to work from and compare back to during the life of regeneration programme; that the opinions of a wide range of stakeholders are gathered on the Masterplan and individual projects within the programme; that a benefits review process is undertaken through the lifetime of the programme; and that a communication management strategy is developed and implemented through the programme. We are anticipating that the public consultation will be undertaken rapidly and that a series of future consultations and marketing events will be programmed for the life of the project.Consultants will be expected to have demonstrated professional expertise and experience in a number of key areas including:•Proven track record of community / business / public sector stakeholder consultation•Experience of working with the business community and partnership developmentWe would need the baseline to be completed within 4 weeks of appointment
