Townscape Heritage Project Stage 2 application and Development and Delivery Strategy vacant site

We wish to appoint a suitably experienced consultant or consortium to work with the Council's project team in developing detailed plans for capital works and development of a Heritage Lottery Fund stage II Townscape Heritage submission alongside a development plan for the wider area. The Council has identified further regeneration opportunity in the wider area with the planned demolition of the former Waves swimming complex as well as the vacancy of the former Blakey Moor Technical School and development potential at Barton Street car park. To fully realise the regeneration ambitions for the wider area, we require a support to develop a business case for investment to develop these sites and specifically a Development Appraisal and Delivery Strategy for the former Waves site.
