Traffic Enforcement Cameras for Moving Traffic Offences

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for a hosted Vehicle Certification Agency approved CCTV/ANPR enforcement solution. The Services broadly comprise: •Site location survey(s) and detailed equipment requirements for each enforcement location/site. •All equipment for the enforcement of the 4x marked yellow boxes including hardware, software, and communications. •Installation and commissioning of all enforcement equipment. •Software/licences for the evaluation of captured evidence (it is anticipated that initially a maximum of 3 concurrent users will require this access) •Interface to the Council's existing Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) processing system (Taranto) to allow for evidence, including still photographic and video evidence to be transferred and processed. •Product and service support and maintenance. •Service support that provides both active monitoring of the status and performance of all deployed equipment.
