The Council requires provision under a framework agreement of traffic management services on highways throughout North East Wales.The Agreement will be split into two lots:-Lot 1. – Provision of traffic management services on dual-carriageways (Trunk and County).Lot 2. – Provision of traffic management services on single carriageways (Trunk and County).Both Lots shall be awarded for the whole of Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council, Conwy County Borough Council and Wrexham County Borough Council.The proposed duration of each Contractor Framework Agreement will be three (3) years from the date of the relevant agreement (the Term).The Authority shall have the right to extend any individual contracts for the services specified for one (1) further twelve (12) month period.
