This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice to indicate that the Scottish Ministers intend to extend the current Traffic Scotland Operations and Infrastructure Services Contract by 15 months (until October 2021) with an option to extend by an additional maximum period of 5 months (March 2022) to ensure service continuity during and after the current coronavirus, COVID-19, outbreak and to allow for the completion of re-procurement of the requirement in accordance with the 2015 Regulations.
