Doncaster Council is engaged in an ambitious transformation agenda. In partnership with Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) we are seeking to offer people greater opportunities to increase their independence and reducing the use of residential care. In this way we seek to offer individuals more tailored support including enabling people to access services that provides choice, control and living life to the full in their community. Our ambition is that commissioned service providers want to be on that journey with us and will contribute positively to it. Commissioned service providers need to demonstrate that they are willing and able to be flexible enough to reshape and reform as well as being a partner in the strategic developments and an operational delivery partner.
