To provide a Patient Discharge Transport Service for patients in suitable specified vehicles able to accommodate wheelchair and ambulant patients from hospitals in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan to addresses within Wales, but predominately South East Wales area. Vehicles must be manned by two staff one of which must be a qualified First Aider to a minimum standard of health and safety 4 day First Aid at work course.
