Wrexham County Borough Council, invites you to submit a tender for one or more of the following project lots:LOT 1 – New car park signage strategy for Wrexham town centreLOT 2 - Improved passenger transport access to Wrexham Maelor HospitalLOT 3 – Wrexham town centre corridor access studyThe minimum required service outputs for LOT 1:a) Analysis of existing/forecast traffic and parking demands in the Town Centre. b) Review of existing car park directional signs in and around the Town Centre.c) Design of a traditional car park signage strategy for the Town Centree) Design of a Parking Guidance and Information System strategy (i.e. VMS) for Wrexham Town Centre compatible with the Council’s existing UTMC compliant real-time car park occupancy monitoring equipment. f) Deliverability and Costing of:- Traditional directional signing car park strategy- Parking Guidance and Information Systems Strategy (i.e. VMS) The minimum required outputs for LOT 2:a) Analysis of existing/forecast access demands to Wrexham Maelor Hospitalb) Review of existing levels of access by public transport to Wrexham Maelor Hospital.c) Summary of problemsd) Option identification and appraisal e) Deliverability and Costing.The minimum required outputs for LOT 3:a) Analysis of existing/future transport demands/constraints/problems affecting the major strategic corridors in and out of Wrexham Town Centre.b) Identification transport solutions and option development/testing.c) Deliverability and costing of proposals.
