Cwm Taf UHB is currently undertaking a project to centralise our medical records into a central hub. As part of this project there is a requirement to securely transfer the records from across the current sites to the central hub. At this stage the requirements is as followed;-To provide the transport and boxes to securely transfer confidential records from approximately 14 sites across Cwm Taf Health Board (some sites multiple locations) to one central hub in Williamstown.-To do this over a staged period of 18 months, which will be timetabled by the Health Board.-The total number of records to transfer is approximately 1.4 million.-Most locations the Health Board staff will be required to unpack and sort the boxes, however some trips the provider will be required to pack and unload the boxes.If you would like to express an interest please provide us with details of your organisation and potential to meet this requirement, this information should be sent to Emma.Ash@wales.nhs.uk by the 18th November 2015.PLEASE NOTE: these responses are for our information purposes only at this stage and will not be evaluated further to this Prior Information Notice.
