The contractor will offer advice on investment trends, developments and opportunities consistent with the Council's chosen strategy. These should include:r r • Specific market trends and opportunities.r • Advising early on, whether investments should be used for debt redemptionr • Monthly reports illustrating that the consultancy have monitored and analysed ourr portfolio.r • Priorities being security, followed by liquidity, followed by yield.r r The contractor will take into consideration the latest economic and financial environment which may impact on the Council's borrowing and investment strategies.
