As part of Norfolk County Councils Norfolk Tree Planting and Resilience Strategy, the Council are committed to planting 1 million trees in Norfolk by April 2025. The Council wish to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System with three distinct lots, the purchase of tree stock, contractors to carry out planting and aftercare activities, and the provision of sundries such as tree guards.
