Turing House fit out works
Descriptions
Undertake the balance of the fit out works within an existing and occupied school facility. These works include, but are not limited to: 1) converting existing space on the third floor into classrooms; 2) fitting out of existing spaces on ground floor level, for school use. The contractor's methodology MUST include for working within occupied buildings, and have due cognisance for the working environment in which the end user operates. The successful contractor will need to work around the school operator's business needs to be considered for this project, and demonstrate such successfully on previous projects. The works require completion during the 2017 school summer holiday period.
