TUS - SS Training Modules - Development of e-Learning and In-person Training Modules in Mental Health and Suicide Prevention for TUS Staff and other publicly funded Higher Education Institutions in Ireland

TUS invites tender submissions from suitably qualified providers with experience of developing online training programmes. The contracting authority is TUS, with project funding being provided by the Higher Education Authority (HEA). The training will be offered to all publicly funded Irish Higher Education Institutions, so a small element of customised content for each Higher Education Institution will be required, within the contract. The successful provider will be required to develop an interactive "Identifying and responding to distressed and at risk students" training programme for University staff. The content material (including scripts for videos) for this programme has been prepared by an expert project group. It is intended that this training programme will provide all University staff with the knowledge, skills and confidence to help if they are concerned students may be distressed or at-risk.
