UCAM 017/16 Provision of Fulfilment, Mailing and Storage Services for the University of Cambridge.

The University of Cambridge would like to invite tenderers for the provision of a fulfilment and mailing services framework.The Framework Agreement will commence as soon as possible after the contract is awarded for an initial 1 year period. This is to bring the Framework Agreement in line with the Print Framework which is due to expire on the 25.6.2017 with the option to extended for a further 2 periods up to June 2019. 1 Framework will be tendered from 2019 including Print and Fulfilment and Mailing Services.The principle behind framework arrangements is that they shall not in themselves constitute as contracts, but will establish a structure by which orders may be placed by the Development Office, each forming a separate contract under the terms and conditions set out in the framework.We seek to appoint 3 service providers on a framework basis to meet the criteria outlined above.
