In summary, the Services comprise: University College Cork wishes to appoint One Assistant Psychologist and two Occupational Therapists. The tender will be in three lots.Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be issued for a term of 12 Months (“the Term”). Tenderers may apply for one or more lots. A separate Tender Response Document is required for each lot that the Tenderer is submitting for.Tenderers should note that the recitals set out within the EU 2014/24 Directive under article 74 classifies these services as falling under “Title III” – Social and other Specific Services.
