UCD Connections is the flagship publication piece of University College Dublin. It is of high production value and revolves around two aspects: ●Our alumni worldwide and ●Life on campus. It is a magazine for alumni, about alumni - helping to build a positive identity and lasting links with UCD, including calls to action throughout and highlighting the University’s ongoing development/fundraising campaigns. It serves as an effective and engaging communications tool between the University and its alumni. Alumni magazines have long been lauded as a powerful tool. A survey from CASE indicates that 58% of alums feel that alumni magazines strengthen their personal connections to universities. A recent survey of alumni returned with 50% of alumni electing to receive the magazine in hard copy.
