UCDOPP5178 - Establishment of Multi Operator Framework Agreement for New Build / Refurbishment Project €1m to €5m in values

UCD are seeking to set up a Multiple Operator Framework for Main Contractors for New Build/Refurbishment Projects between €1 million and €5million in value in UCD. The process is being conducted through the restricted procedure in accordance with S.I. No. 284/2016. Attached to this notice is a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire to obtain sufficient information fromcandidates to enable the UCD to evaluate candidates based on their technical capacity and economic and financial standing. The qualification criteria is a mix of pass/fail and weighted criteria which UCD will evaluate to identify theen (10) top scoring Candidates who will proceed to Stage 2, Request for Tender. The 10 shortlisted candidates will then be accepted onto the Framework. Following the completion of Stage 1, UCD will issue a request for tender to short listed candidates. This will detail the specific requirements for candidates to price. UCD will award this contract to a the most economically advantageous tenderer (MEAT) on the basis of award criteria that will be set out in the RFT documents.
