The Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified organisation for the provision for the provision of extra care and domiciliary on-site care services to 2 of the Council's extra care schemes identified below as follows:— Gordon Colling House, located at Bamford Road, Eastcotts, Bedford MK42 OGQ; and— St. Bede's, located at Bromham Road, Bedford MK40 2QN.The services to be procured fall within Part B of Schedule 3 to the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (the ‘Regulations’) and the Council does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations save those applicable to Part B Services.
