Descriptions
The mandate(s) will be for a UK property manager(s) for an initial Value of approximately GBP 20 000 000 for the Council's Strategic Reserve Fund. The Council reserves the right to alter the value of the funds awarded. The manager should be able to offer a pooled fund which provides a broad based balanced exposure to UK property markets. The pooled fund should also be open ended with a minimum fund size of GBP 500 000 000. The fund performance will be measured relative to representative index such as the AREF/IPD Pooled Property Fund Index.
