UK SBS, on behalf of the Medical Research Council wish to establish a Contract for the provision of Hard FM ServicesUK SBS is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time) (the ‘Regulations’).This is a Services ContractThe award of this Contract will be based on the following Lots:Lot 1 — Boiler BurnersLot 2 — BoilersLot 3 — DrainsLot 4 — Fire ExtinguishersLot 5 — LiftsLot 6 — Oil Storage TanksLot 7 — Roof Man Safe SystemLot 8 — Sewage PumpsIt is intended that a sole provider will be appointed for each Lot detailed above.Potential Providers are invited to tender for one or a combination of Lots as they see fit on an individual basis.The duration of this Contract will be 2 years with thepotential to extend for a further 1 year.The estimated start date of the Contract is January 1st 2017See Section III.2.1) for access to procurementdocumentation.
