STFC requires 2 klystrons along with magnet circuit assemblies and associated X-ray shielding, capable of delivering at least 8 MW of RF peak power (preferably 10 MW) with a pulse width of up to 2.5 μs and capable of repetition rates up to 100 Hz to be incorporated within a klystron modulator for the CLARA 4th Harmonic Cavity.
