UKHSA_Scientific- Provision of custom-produced broth microdilution plates

Descriptions

UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is planning to award a contract via 2020/S 217-533940: UKHSA National Microbiology Framework Lot 1- Diagnostics to Bruker UK Limited for the provision of custom-produced broth microdilution plates for its Antimicrobial Resistance and Healthcare Associated Infections (AMRHAI) Reference Units. The consumables covered by this contract will include custom-made broth microdilution (BMD) plates, MICRONAUT-S MDR MRGN Screening kits, Mueller Hinton Broth(cation adjusted), UMIC Colistin and UMIC Box Colistin. UKHSA believes that Bruker UK Limited is the only supplier capable of providing the consumables we require as, to the best of our knowledge, there are no off-the-shelf equivalents which can cover the range of antimicrobials that AMRHAI needs to test/report to stakeholders and Bruker UK Limited is the only supplier which can meet the lead times for our requirement (delivery by no later than the end of July 2023). If you have a solution which you believe could meet our requirements, please send a copy of your quote and information about the consumables you can provide to science.cph@ukhsa.gov.uk by no later than 5pm on 2nd June 2023.
