East Ayrshire Council is looking to appoint a contractor to provide assistance to elderly owner occupiers and owner occupiers with a disability when discharged from hospital or at other times of need, in the identification and management of minor home alterations in order to allow users to return to their homes and to actively participate in accident prevention.All completed documents must be uploaded onto the Public Contracts Scotland Tender portal by 12:00 on 11.5.2015.
