This is a new Framework Agreement the primary purpose of which is to provide a choice of Energy Suppliers fully licensed to operate within the UK, either through Ofgem or the Utility Regulator as applicable, to Slough Borough Council and other public bodies (as defined below) whom can enter into a contract using Zenergi Ltd as its nominated energy brokering agent (as defined in the Framework Agreement) for the provision of Gas or Electricity.This agreement will therefore provide an OJEU compliant platform from which Zenergi can procure and manage a range of energy procurement solutions on behalf of Slough Borough Council via the mini competition process.The framework agreement is for use by, but not limited to: https://www.gov.uk/find-your-local-council (Local Authorities)http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/home.xhtml (education establishments)http://www.schoolswebdirectory.co.uk/index.php (education establishments)http://www.ukschoolsdirectory.net/index.php (education establishments)http://www.uk-universitydirectory.co.uk/ (universities)The awarding authority has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via email and electronic means.
