The North Wales Wildlife Trust's (NWWT) Upper and Middle Dee INNS Management project (UMDIM) aims to manage the invasive non-native plant species Himalayan balsam on both banks of the river Deebetween Wenffrwd Nature Reserve (SJ 23423 42327) to New Bridge (SJ 26807 42049), North Wales. Invasive species are one ofhe main drivers of biodiversity decline globally. The environmental, economic, and social impact of invasive species in Wales will continue to grow unless they are managed with a sustainable and joined-upapproach.
