Understanding Technical Assistance Options in International Climate Finance

Descriptions

The purpose of the research is to show the International Climate Fund team ( ICF) in BEIS how technical assistance activities within its programmes could be better appraised and monitored. This will be done by outlining what technical assistance is currently used by the ICF, developing an indicator bank to show what the outputs of this technical assistance are, and creating methodologies that link technical assistance activities to these outputs.
