Unitas Stoke-on-Trent is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified contractors to deliver supporting activities for Unitas in connection with its maintenance and improvement of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's social housing stock. This framework is a Qualifying Long-Term Agreement and is therefore subject to Section 20 Consultation Requirements.
