'Bespoke printed matter. Signage. The Victoria and Albert Museum is seeking a holistic solution to visitor navigation and way-finding across a number of complicated buildings and spaces. Our present solution is based upon, but not limited to, employing print, human and digital elements in achieving a level of visitor communication and inspiring exploration of the Museum. The locations within scope of the contract are the Victoria and Albert Museum, South Kensington London, the V&A Museum of Childhood, Bethnal Green, London and a further building, Blythe House, Olympia, London. The V&A are seeking a way-finding expert who can deliver on all 3 elements for the proposed phases to the solution: 1) Strategic vision for way-finding across the South Kensington and Olympia sites and Museum of Childhood; 2) Development of all practical elements of the solution; 3) Delivery and maintenance of the solution on an ongoing basis. Suppliers must be able to demonstrate successful experience of providing and maintaining way-finding solutions across a range of means (print, digital, human) for complex environments with a huge diversity of user need.'
