University capital works programme - refurbishments and adaptations of classrooms and staff offices

Wrexham Glyndwr University intend to carry out three refurbishment projects to buildings at their campus in Wrexham Plas Coch and Regent Street.Works include the conversion of offices in the Main Building at Plas Coch campus into 6 classrooms for student teaching and social learning. Works also include the conversion of a building into a staff workplace hub. These two works are combined into one lot with an estimate works package value of £500,000 excluding VAT.A separate lot will include a series of works to the School of Arts at Regent Street in Wrexham.
