Staffordshire County Council would like to invite suppliers who are committed to providing high quality personalised support and care services, that promote independence and lead to an improved quality of life that enables service users to be able to remain in their own home for as long as possible and to achieve and maintain their autonomy, independence, personal identity and assessed outcomes.The suppliers shall provide the services for the benefit of all adults who reside in the County of Staffordshire (excluding Stoke-on-Trent) and who are also aged eighteen (18) years or over and who have been assessed by the Council or their partners as eligible to receive support and care within their own home.Care will be delivered within the service user's own home or ordinary place of residence within the County of Staffordshire.
