Upgrade of the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)The Siemens Integral AS1000 system requires to be upgraded to the new Siemens Desigo PX BACNET controllers. Prior to commencing all site activity, a comprehensive package of software and graphics will be created in house and off site, the current panels will undergo a full DDC controller fit out, the current Siemens AS1000 control system will be removed in its entirety. Following the refit the new energy positive software will required to be implemented and tested followed by the systems being commissioned to ensure seamless operation and performance.All Planned maintenance tasks to the BMS system must be fully in line with the product manufacturer's specification, including NHS mandatory requirements of:— SHTM 08-05 Part A, Specialist Services.
