The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust requires the provider to offer a UTC service at both hospital sites that delivers a robust service model for patients presenting at the accident and emergency departments with minor illness/injury that, for a period of 3 years with a 2-year extension option. This contract provision must be mobilised by 1.4.2020.
