UWL TENDER FOR PROVISION OF REPLACEMENT EXTERNAL SIGNAGE TO PARAGON HOUSE

The University of West London (UWL) wishes to appoint a professional firm to provide works as per the requirement in the pre-construction document. The University of West London wishes to engage a Principal Contractor to provide a key-turn solution to investigate, survey, design, supply and install new replacement external signage under Design & Build procurement, to the external façade of Paragon House at the Brentford Campus. The works include; removal of existing signage and associated fixings; structural surveys and façade investigations, design, manufacture, supply and installation of 4 new signs (3 No. high level and 1 No. low level) including all associated fixings and lighting provision as per the design intent. The works are to take place whilst the building is fully operational with both staff, students and external hire guests making use of the building throughout the programme as well as other small works contractors undertaking business-as-usual maintenance and works. The new contract will commence from February 2023 and must complete by 1 September 2023 including all design, manufacture and installation.
