The works in question are associated with a component replacement scheme earmarked for the Vehicle Maintenance Unit at out headquarters site in Carmarthen.The works are to be carried out while the site and unit remains operational and therefore a high level of planning and co-ordination will be required from the successful contractor. With regard to the components to be replaced we are looking at the following;-•Roof covering.•New heating system.•New Internal Lighting System.•Roof Mounted Photovoltaic Array.
