The vision of Vibrant and Viable Places is that everyone in Wales should live in well connected, vibrant, viable and sustainable communities with a strong local economy and good quality of life.The Welsh Government’s Vibrant and Viable Places Programme is driving forward the regeneration of the Pontypridd Settlement area.In Partnership with a Housing Association and RCT, Homestep Plus is an extension of the successful Homestep Scheme, designed to bring empty properties back into use, and meet the demand for Low Cost Home Ownership, by purchasing empty properties, refurbishing them and selling a 70% equity share to first time buyers nominated from the Homestep Register. Therefore, in partnership with a Housing Association, Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is seeking to deliver a Homestep Plus scheme, to bring empty properties back into use and meet the need for low cost home ownership in the Pontypridd Settlement Area.Further information can be obtained by registering your interest in this notice and downloading the documents from www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.ukNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
