Victims of Terrorism Hub

Descriptions

To engage an organisation(s) to provide services to implement and operate a dedicated support hub for victims and survivors of terrorism. The Home Office will run a competitive process using the open procedure of the Procurement Act 2023. The first stage will be this early market engagement event. The Victims of Terrorism Unit (VTU), who will oversee the Support Hub, sits within the Home Office’s Homeland Security Group (HSG). The Victims of Terrorism Unit (VTU) has conducted a review of the support package for victims and survivors of terrorism to assess the gaps in support and identify ways to meet the evolving needs of victims and survivors. In response to the review's findings, the support hub proposes to underpin many of the recommended areas for improvement found in the review. A open tender procedure will follow this early market engagement, with contract award and mobilisation to follow later in the year.
