Three Rooms based systems: •Leeds •London •Fort Nelson The proposed system must be: -Compatible with Windows PC, Macs, IPad, smart phones i.e. users on such devices should be able to access meetings. -Ability to dial in with mobile or landline to join conference. -London and Fort Nelson – trolley based system 42 inch Monitors/ Display -Leeds Fixed on Wall – 55 inch monitor/ Display -Suitable video Camera and Microphones and codec devices to service meeting room and members. -Rooms Should be able to connect with each other. -Desktop Sharing/ Document Sharing. -Room Management features i.e. ability to mute participants, presentation mode etc. Due to the system covering the Royal Armouries three sites, details of the environments are below. Dimensions: -Leeds Boardroom – 16 seats; approximately 5m x 8m -London – 8 seats; approximately 3.5 m x 5m -Fort Nelson – 16 seats; approximately 5m x 8m V-Shaped room
