London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish two contracts through this tender exercise.The first contract is for the provision of an Online Parking Permission Management Solution which will enable its customers to manage all aspects of parking via an account – based system.The second contract is for the provision of a Notice Processing System which will improve the service we provide to our Customers and deliver operational benefits to the Council.Duration for each contract will be an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years.
