Visit Wales requires a specialist management service to host and manage its UK and International Consumer Enquirer Database. Visit Wales is seeking an agency partner with core expertise in all aspects of database hosting and management. This partner will take a lead role in developing and managing the database and will supply data reporting, analysis and advice to meet Visit Wales database marketing requirements. As part of the new contract Visit Wales seeks to achieve the following aims:• Drive economies and efficiencies across Visit Wales’s data planning and database management services• Shift the bias of Visit Wales’s database marketing from ‘traditional’ to digital media: the emphasis will be on e-marketing• Integrate and coordinate management of the marketing database into the wider data and campaign planning; and with down-stream web tracking• Consolidate the UK and International databases onto a single platform.• Apply best practice for data processing, data quality and web marketing• Achieve a seamless and efficiently managed supply chain between campaign response handling, database hosting and data supply for campaigns• Provide fast and flexible data processing/turn round times.The Welsh Assembly Government, on behalf of the Welsh Ministers, will be conducting this procurement exercise through the etenderwales portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk Tender documents and other information must be downloaded from and returned through this portal.
