Adopting a digital model and fostering collaboration can transform how UKAEA manage and maintain our estate. It leads to better visualisation, planning, predictive maintenance, efficient space utilisation, energy management, lifecycle management, and enhanced stakeholder collaboration. These improvements not only drive operational efficiency and cost savings but also support sustainability and improved occupant experiences.
